Noooooo! Not my local Starbucks.

Nooooo! Not my local Starbucks. I swung by to pick up a coffee after physio as a little treat for myself. My local Starbucks, with it's windows papered over and the Starbucks signs removed. Dead. Gone. A real blow to the neighborhood. Yes I know thousands of businesses have died because of COVID, but I was shocked when I saw this, too close to home for me.

Fond memories of this place. I took my mom there for her first Starbucks, took granddaughter Annabelle there for her first Matcha Green Tea Latte when she was about two. Enjoyed great conversations over coffee with so many great friends there. A real loss to the neighborhood and it's social life.
