Spencer Studio's Support of Smile Train Canada

We love this cause because there is nothing photographers love more than a beautiful smile...

Smile Train provides free cleft surgery to hundreds of thousands of poor children in developing countries.
What a perfect blend, photographers love smiles and Smile Train provides smiles to children who need them.
The cost of each cleft surgery is $250, a charitable tax receipt will be provided for your donation.

Spencer Studio's immediate goal is to raise $250 to pay for one child's surgery before Christmas.

We will be fundraising for this with various studio promotions and the sale of our Family Portrait Gift Cards.

Every child born with a cleft anywhere in the world has the opportunity to live a full, productive life.

Clefts are a major problem in developing countries where there are millions of children who are suffering with unrepaired clefts. Most cannot eat or speak properly. Aren't allowed to attend school or hold a job. And face very difficult lives filled with shame and isolation, pain and heartache. Their clefts usually go untreated because they are poor – too poor to pay for a simple surgery that has been around for decades
