We are happy to photograph any
number of
additional family groups, couples, or special guests at no extra charge

We usually visit the location in
advance to check for potential problems, check lighting, room size etc.

You can view your proofs
in-studio or use our free on-line proofing service

Family members can put in their
own orders on-line, freeing you up from compiling orders, collecting cash
and other headaches

Unlike most portrait/wedding
studios we would be happy to book your portrait on a Saturday

Saturday afternoons and Sundays
may appear unavailable on our on-line calendar, just call me.

Basic facial retouching is
included on all photos (blemishes, softening of lines and wrinkles, bags
under the eyes)

We now offer simplified family
reunion packages on our price list

Head swaps are usually possible to
replace heads of people blinking etc. (additional charge)

"What do I do now?" you ask.
1: Phone
613-226-2079 to book your sitting date and time or book on-line at
http://spencerstudio.genbook.com
At the same time you can book your optional free portrait consultation to discuss colours, clothes,
groupings etc.
OR book a time for Robin to check your
home/location to check lighting and discuss
colours etc.
2: We email out a confirming letter a
week before your family portrait. It will confirm date and time, directions
to the park and a list of clothing suggestions, what to
wear and what not to wear for your portrait.
3: Your Video Proofs are ready in
a few days.
4: Your viewing usually takes 45 minutes
5: Portrait orders take about 2 weeks for
packages and 4 weeks for mounted or framed portraits.
A "What
to Wear for Your Family Portrait" Tip Sheet will be emailed to you free when
you book your appointment
