1992 - Canada's second highest photographic award the degree
of "Craftsman of Photographic Arts" by the PPOC in Winnipeg.
1993 - "Provincial Level Photographic Judge".
Qualified to judge professional photographic competitions in every province in
Canada.
1996 - Canada's highest photographic award the degree of
"Master of Photographic Arts" by the PPOC
1996 - "National Level Photographic Judge". Upgraded
from provincial to national level judge.
1999 - Awarded Master's Gold Bar by the PPOC.
ACHIEVEMENT Most Proud of:
2011 - Paul Harris Fellowship awarded by Rotary "in appreciation
of tangible and significant assistance given for the furtherance
of better understanding and friendly relations among people of
the world"
INFLUENCES: Robin owes his
successes to his mentors, Tibor Horvath (deceased) and Bruce Hudson (Seattle).
Both master photographers are famous for their "Soft Touch"
photography and studying with them has influenced Robin’s style greatly,
developing into his own style best described as "Soft, Warm and
Natural".
